Jeff Stover

Jeff Stover, 48, has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, and has managed the planning and construction of more than 200 projects including commercial buildings, power plants, levee repairs, landfills and marinas, master planned subdivisions, industrial buildings and shopping centers. Jeff started and has been running J Stover Consulting, LLC, a real estate company, focusing on land development for the last four years. Previously he held positions of Vice President of Operations, Land Development Manager, Senior Project Manager, Estimator, among others for Platinum Pipeline, Century Communities and Top Grade Construction, where he earned the Employee of the Year Award in 2008. Jeff earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Construction Management from the Engineering Department at California State University, Chico.

He believes the success of each project depends on effective and frequent communication between all team members.  He approaches difficult decisions head on, and takes a proactive approach to identify potential issues early on in the life cycle of each project. Jeff lives his personal and professional life according to a simple guiding principle that has never lead him astray: ‘Do the right thing, for the right reason, every time.’

Alex Yoshinaga

Alex Yoshinaga, 40, is the founder and managing member of All-Time Septic and Excavation, an Idaho based service and construction company. He directs all operational and financial functions including project management, customer acquisition, budgeting, and compliance. Under his leadership the company has remained profitable while being fully owner operated, demonstrating disciplined cost control and strong market positioning.

He holds a general contractor’s license in Idaho and brings extensive experience in excavation, system installations, and residential site development. His background extends into real estate investment where he has sourced, renovated, and managed residential properties with a focus on value creation and rental portfolio growth.

Mr. Yoshinaga earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Notre Dame and holds a master’s degree in education. His combined experience in business management, construction, and real estate provides a well-rounded foundation for operational execution and strategic asset development .
